Abstract

Dans ce procédé pour réchauffer un caloporteur liquide l'amenée du caloporteur dans la zone de réchauffement s'effectue par sa mise en rotation autour d'une surface cylindrique d'un réchauffeur (4), de manière à former un flux à axe de rotation central. La trajectoire de chaque particule du caloporteur est tangente par rapport à la surface du réchauffeur (4), et le réchauffeur (4) a une température supérieure à la température critique du caloporteur. L'installation de réchauffement est constituée d'un dispositif échangeur de chaleur avec un boîtier cylindrique (1), des tubulures d'amenée de caloporteur froid disposées de manière tangentielle (2) et des tubulures de sortie de caloporteur chaud (3). Dans le corps cylindrique (1) on a monté coaxial un réchauffeur (4) avec une surface cylindrique. L'installation de réchauffement comprend un réservoir de dilatation (5), des tuyaux de connexion et des accepteurs de chaleur (6). La température du réchauffeur (4) est régulée au moyen de thermocouples (8). A l'intérieur du réchauffeur (4) est disposée une source de chaleur fonctionnant par réchauffement électrique (une spirale de résistance (9)). L'installation de réchauffement a une plus grande efficacité de transmission de chaleur du réchauffeur vers le caloporteur grâce à un double transfert de phase eau-vapeur-eau.
