Abstract

 熱発電装置は、熱吸収デバイスと冷却デバイスとの間に複数の熱電素子が配置され、各熱電素子は2つの電極板を有してゼーベック効果により発電を行う。各熱電素子は、2つの電極板の一方の電極板を含む面と、2つの電極板の他方の電極板を含む面とのそれぞれが、熱吸収手段が配置される面と交差するように、熱吸収デバイスに対して配置されている。複数の熱電素子は電気的に直列接続されている。
