Abstract

 大量の微細気泡を含有させることにより、加水素水の産業上の用途を拡大させるべく、大量の微細気泡を含有させた加水素水の製造方法及び製造装置を提供することを目的とするものである。すなわち、ダブルチューブ構造の拡散室5が設けられ、該拡散室5に所定の孔径を有する多孔質要素6が設けられた管体が、長手方向に沿って略直線状に複数配設され、一の管体に原料水及び水素を供給し、供給された原料水及び水素を前記拡散室5で混合して原料水と水素との混合流体を形成し、前記混合流体を前記多孔質要素6に通過させて拡散させ、隣接する管体に前記多孔質要素6を通過した原料水と水素との混合流体を高圧で供給して、隣接する管体の拡散室5で水素と混合させた後に、多孔質要素6に通過させて拡散させることで、水素ガスの微細気泡を多量に含有する加水素水を連続して製造する。
