Abstract
La présente invention concerne une puce capable de minimiser un changement dans la position d'un échantillon avant et après le séchage et la suppression d'une diminution dans la performance de séparation jusqu'au minimum. Un substrat, une voie de passage qui est fournie sur la surface avant du substrat et sépare un composant soluté contenu dans une solution échantillon, et une partie de butée qui est fournie sur une partie de la surface arrière du substrat et bute contre un élément de contrôle de la température qui contrôle la température de la solution échantillon par le biais du substrat sont inclus. La voie de passage présente deux parties extrêmes et une partie intermédiaire qui relie les deux parties extrêmes l'une à l'autre, et la partie de butée est fournie de sorte que la température de la solution échantillon est changée depuis l'intérieur de la partie intermédiaire.
