Abstract
本発明のコンデンサは、弁金属からなり、表面に凹凸が形成された陽極と、前記陽極の表面が酸化されて形成された誘電体層と、前記誘電体層の表面に形成され、π共役系導電性高分子及びポリアニオンを含む固体電解質層を備える陰極とを有するコンデンサにおいて、誘電体層の陰極側の表面の一部または全部が、塩類で処理されている。
