Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Kunststofferzeugnissen, wobei sich diese durch verbesserte mechanische Kennwerte auszeichnen und für das Laserdurchstrahlschweißen geeignet sind. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine neue Möglichkeit zur Erzeugung eines Kunststofferzeugnisses anzugeben, die es gestattet, mit bekannten Extruder- oder Spritzgussverfahren einen Kunststoff mit hoher NIR-Transparenz bei vergleichbaren mechanischen Parametern wie bei Kunststoffen mit herkömmlichen Füllstoffen herzustellen. Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die Verwendung von Kunststofferzeugnissen, die mindestens einen nanoskalig dispergierten Füllstoff enthalten, wobei der Füllstoff aus einem oder mehreren organisch modifizierten natürlichen oder synthetischen Tonmineral (Nanoclay, Nanoschichtsilicat) besteht.
