Abstract
This invention is related to the circulation controlled water pump having mechanism that prevents the engine cooling water to circulate during the period passing from the first starting moment of the internal combustion engines to efficient operation temperature and ensures the cooling water to circulate on the engine following the engine to reach requested operation temperature and the operation method of this pump.
