Abstract

 本発明は、左右のレール部と該レール部を連結するウェブ部とを有し、該ウェブ部に溶融貫通孔であるオイルホールを有し、線材の横断面輪郭の外接円径が10mm以下のI型オイルリング用線材である。前記溶融貫通孔の出口側には、溶融貫通孔出口を取り巻く再溶融部が形成されており、前記再溶融部は、貫通孔中心に沿う横断面で、前記溶融貫通孔に形成される溶融部を超え、前記溶融貫通孔の外周から200μm以下形成されるとともに、前記溶融貫通孔の深さ方向に100μm以下形成されているI型オイルリング用線材である。
