Abstract

　本発明の医用画像表示装置は、医用画像撮影装置により撮影された医用画像から所望の医用画像を選択入力する手段(13)と、前記選択入力された医用画像を前記医用画像撮影装置又は外部記憶装置から読み出し、その読み出された医用画像に含まれる管腔臓器領域の展開画像を生成する展開画像作成手段(11a)と、前記作成された展開画像を表示手段(18)に表示制御する制御手段(11)と、を備えた医用画像表示装置において、前記制御手段(11)は、前記管腔臓器領域において所定に収縮又は拡張する径情報と近傍位置の径情報の変化量を算出し、前記算出された径情報の変化量に基づいて前記展開画像作成手段(11a)によって作成された展開画像の歪を補正する補正手段(11b)を備える。
