Abstract

 被測定光に含まれる光の波長に依存した光出力を検出する光スペクトラムアナライザであって、圧電基板(3)に、光導波路(4a),(4b)、IDT(5)、偏光スプリッタ(7),(8)を有する導波路型音響光学波長可変フィルタ(2)を構成する。この圧電基板(3)には導波路型音響光学波長可変フィルタ(2)を加熱保温する温度調整用ヒータ(31)を設け、導波路型音響光学波長可変フィルタ(2)を所定の一定温度に保つ。演算装置(16)は、その温度に応じたIDT(5)に印加する高周波信号の周波数と導波路型音響光学波長可変フィルタ(2)の選択波長との関係を基に被測定光の光スペクトラムを求める。
