Abstract

【課題】 VGSタイプターボチャージャに組み込まれ、可変翼を一斉に回動させる可変機構のドライブリングにおいて、特に別部材を後付けすることなく、外部アクチュエータからシフト駆動が入力される入力部の耐摩耗性を部分的に向上させるようにした新規な手法を提供する。  本発明は、可変翼の軸部が接続されるドライブリングを、ほぼ一定厚の金属素材から打ち抜いたブランク材から形成するものであり、ブランク取りの際には、ドライブリングの実製品部位以外に、余剰の補強部を併せ持つブランク取りを行い、この補強部を適宜折り返してアクチュエータからシフト駆動が入力される入力部の厚さを部分的に増し、入力部の耐摩耗性を向上させるようにしたことに加えて本願実施にあたって材種/板厚/形状因子を特定したことを特徴とする。
