Abstract
本発明は、平均粒径が2~4μmである導電性粒子、屈折率が1.5~1.8であるガラス粒子、Tgが-50°C~50°Cである結着樹脂、硬化後のTgが0°C~100°Cである光重合性モノマー、および光重合開始剤を含有する無機粉体含有樹脂組成物、これを用いたパターン形成方法、およびこの方法を用いたFPD構成要素の製造方法である。本発明の無機粉体含有樹脂組成物によれば、パターン形状に優れた電極を好適に形成することができる。パターン形成方法によれば、高精細パターンの形成が可能である。FPD用電極の製造方法によれば、高精細パターンの形成が可能でかつ表面の均一性に優れたFPD用電極の形成が可能である。
