　回転駆動機構（４）に所定の重量の重り（２８）を接続する。回転駆動機構（４）を駆動して重り（２８）を繰り返し回転させることにより、回転駆動機構（４）にトルクを印加する。トルクの印加を繰り返して回転駆動機構（４）の寿命試験を行う。
