Abstract

　動画データの特徴量を容易に算出し、特徴量の比較による動画像の類似判定を効率良く短時間で実行すること。この課題を解決するために、Ｉフレーム抽出部（１１０）は、動画データからＩフレームを抽出する。データ量取得部（１２１）は、Ｉフレームのヘッダ情報からＩフレームのデータ量を取得する。量子化ステップ取得部（１２２）は、マクロブロック層のヘッダ情報から各マクロブロックの符号化に用いられた量子化ステップの平均値を求める。乗算部（１２３）は、Ｉフレームのデータ量とマクロブロックごとの量子化ステップの平均値とを乗算して、Ｉフレームの特徴量を算出する。特徴量蓄積部（１３０）は、特徴量算出部（１２０）によって算出されたＩフレームごとの特徴量に時刻情報を対応付けて蓄積する。類似判定部（１４０）は、２つの動画データの特徴量を比較し、両者の元の動画像が類似しているか否かを判定する。
