Abstract
動画データの特徴量を容易に算出し、特徴量の比較による動画像の類似判定を効率良く短時間で実行すること。この課題を解決するために、Iフレーム抽出部(110)は、動画データからIフレームを抽出する。データ量取得部(121)は、Iフレームのヘッダ情報からIフレームのデータ量を取得する。量子化ステップ取得部(122)は、マクロブロック層のヘッダ情報から各マクロブロックの符号化に用いられた量子化ステップの平均値を求める。乗算部(123)は、Iフレームのデータ量とマクロブロックごとの量子化ステップの平均値とを乗算して、Iフレームの特徴量を算出する。特徴量蓄積部(130)は、特徴量算出部(120)によって算出されたIフレームごとの特徴量に時刻情報を対応付けて蓄積する。類似判定部(140)は、2つの動画データの特徴量を比較し、両者の元の動画像が類似しているか否かを判定する。
