Abstract

L'invention concerne un agent contenant une hyaluronidase en tant que principe actif, lequel agent est utilisé pour une prévention ou un traitement. La hyaluronidase n'est pas particulièrement limitée et n'importe quelle hyaluronidase peut être utilisée à condition qu'elle ait une activité de dégradation de l'acide hyaluronique. Dans l'invention, par exemple, une hyaluronidase ayant le polypeptide suivant (a) ou (b) : (a) un polypeptide consistant en une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 (b) un polypeptide consistant en une séquence d'acides aminés dans laquelle un ou plusieurs acides aminés ont été substitués, supprimés, ajoutés ou introduits dans la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 et ayant une activité de dégradation de l'acide hyaluronique.
