Abstract

　機械ブレーキ３によって制動制御されるモータ２をベクトル制御方式にて駆動する電力変換装置１において、上昇始動時、下降始動時のズレ落ちおよび急始動を防止することができ、モータ２のスムーズな始動を実現すること。荷重４を駆動するモータ２が機械ブレーキ３によって拘束されている間、励磁電圧指令値（Ｖｄ*）を生成する励磁電流制御部１７、トルク電流指令値（ｉｑ*）を生成する速度制御部２０および、トルク電圧指令値（Ｖｑ*）を生成するトルク電流制御部１６を動作させるとともに、トルク電流制御部１６への入力信号として、モータ２によって駆動される荷重４の重量に相当するトルク電流指令初期値（ｉｑ０）を継続して印加する。
