Abstract

 解像度が向上したシンチレータパネル、及び該シンチレータパネルに光検出器を備えた放射線イメージセンサを提供することが目的であり、該シンチレータパネルは、放射線を光に変換するシンチレータ層を備えたシンチレータパネルにおいて、前記シンチレータ層は柱状構造を有し、且つ前記シンチレータ層の表面100μm2あたりの柱状結晶の本数N[本]、及び前記シンチレータ層の膜厚T[μm]が下記一般式(1)を満たすことを特徴とする。  一般式(1) 100≦N[本]×T[μm]≦3000
