Abstract

L'invention concerne une conduite tubulaire flexible (1) pour le transport de gaz sous haute pression dans le domaine de l'exploitation pétrolière offshore. La conduite est du type non lié et à passage lisse, et comprend de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur un tube polymérique interne (2), une voûte de pression (3) formée par l'enroulement à pas court d'au moins un fil, une première paire intérieure (4, 5) de nappes croisées d'armures de traction, une gaine intermédiaire polymérique (6), une deuxième paire extérieure (7, 8) de nappes croisées d'armures de traction et une gaine externe polymérique (9), et elle est caractérisée en ce que la paire intérieure (4, 5) de nappes d'armures de traction est enroulée avec un angle d'hélice inférieur à 35° et en ce que la paire extérieure (7,8) de nappes d'amures de traction est enroulée avec un angle d'hélice sensiblement égal à 55°.
