Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 17α-Acetoxy-6-methylenpregn-4-en-3,20-dion (4) als Zwischenstufe, sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von Medroxyprogesteronacetat (1) (17α-Acetoxy-6α-methylpregn-4-en-3,20-dion) und Megestrolacetat (2) (17α-Acetoxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-dien-3,20-dion) über diese Zwischenstufe (4).
