Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Form zum Laminieren eines eine Vielzahl von Materialstücken umfassenden Körpers, mit einem Formkörper (1), der eine Arbeitsoberfläche (3) zum Auflegen von zu laminierenden Materialstücken (M) auf diese aufweist, und eine der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) gegenüberliegende Unterseite (5). Eine Vielzahl von Absaugkanälen (7) ist vorgesehen, die sich ausgehend von der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) durch den Formkörper (1) hindurch erstrecken, und jeder der Absaugkanäle (7) zur Absaugung eines Fluids von der Arbeitsoberfläche vorgesehen ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines formverleimten Werkstücks mit den Schritten: Auflegen einer ersten Schicht von Materialstücken (M) auf eine Arbeitsoberfläche (3) einer Form in einer vorbestimmten Lage; Absaugen eines Fluids von der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) der Form über Absaugkanäle (7), die sich von der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) in den Formkörper (1) oder durch den Formkörper (3) durch erstrecken, wobei die Lage jedes einzelnen Materialstücks (M) durch einen zwischen dem jeweiligen Materialstück (M) und der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) wegen des Absaugens des Fluids entstehenden Unterdruck beibehalten wird; Auftragen eines Harzes auf die von der Arbeitsoberfläche (3) abgewandte Seite der Materialstücke, um diese mittels des Harzes miteinander zu verbinden.
