Abstract

 この排水処理装置は、処理すべき排水を貯蔵する排水タンクと、前記排水タンクから供給された前記排水を加熱する燃焼釜と、前記燃焼釜において発生した粉塵を収集する集塵装置と、前記燃焼釜において発生した蒸気を冷却する冷却装置と、前記冷却装置によって冷却された前記蒸気を液体とガスとに分離する気液分離装置と、前記気液分離装置によって前記ガスと分離された液体を浄化する液体浄化装置とを備える。前記液体浄化装置は、白金触媒を使用してオゾンを発生させ、同オゾンによって前記液体を浄化する。
