Abstract

　往復動ポンプの実吐出量を正確に演算する。流量演算装置１０は、流体Ｗを搬送する搬送流路２４上に設けられた流量センサ２３から出力されたパルス信号により流体Ｗの瞬時流量値を取得し、搬送流路２４上の往復動ポンプ２１から出力されたポンプ同期パルス信号、搬送流路２４上の圧力センサ２２から出力された圧力波形信号、流量センサ２３から出力された流量波形信号、およびあらかじめ設定された単位時間ごとのタイミング情報のうちの少なくとも一つにより、往復動ポンプ２１の往復動動作ごとの動作タイミングを取得し、瞬時流量値および動作タイミングに基づいて、流体Ｗの流量表示値を演算して、この流量表示値を表示パネル１３に表示する。
