Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Behandeln von durch Druckvergasen fester Brennstoffe erzeugtem rohen Produktgas werden nach dem Abkühlen auf 15 bis 45 °C in einer Vorstufe HCN und NH3, in einer ersten Stufe H2S und COS und ggf. andere schwefelhaltige Verbindungen und in einer zweiten Stufe CO2 physisorptiv mit kaltem Oxygenat entfernt und das reine Produktgas als Reduktionsgas und/oder als Brenngas der Direktreduktion von Eisenerz zugeführt. Eine Verbesserung des Verfahrens besteht darin, dass dem entschwefelten Produktgas mit CO2 und Wasserdampf beladenes, aus dem Kreislauf des Rücklaufgases der Direktreduktion von Eisenerz abgezweigtes Rücklaufgas, nach dem Entfernen des darin enthaltenen Wasserdampfs zugemischt wird.
