Abstract

　輸液装置を輸液スタンドのポールに固定およびポールから取り外すときに、輸液装置を支えた状態で、回転ノブを何回転も回し続ける必要がなくなるので、看護士の時間的損失と肉体的負担を最小限に抑える。輸液スタンド別に異なる直径を有するポールの一方の外周面を把持する把持形状部と起立形状部とを形成したクランプ基部１と、ポールの他方の外周面を把持する把持部材をその一端で回転可能に設け、かつその他端で回転操作される回転ノブを固定した主軸体５とを備え、回転ノブ９の正逆方向の回転操作にともない把持部材８を移動することで、ポール３０に対する把持状態または把持解除状態にするクランプ装置２０であって、ネジ部をその内周面に形成し、かつ主軸体を挿通する筒状ネジ部材２と、雌ネジ部に対する歯合状態と歯合解除状態とになるように主軸体の収納部に内蔵される一対の雄ネジ駒４、４と、回転ノブに向けて移動操作される操作位置と離間位置との間で移動可能に配置され、一対の雄ネジ駒を歯合解除状態にする操作部３ｆを有した操作手段１０３を備える。
