Abstract
本発明の目的は、ヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)16型癌遺伝子の発現に対して高い抑制活性と高い特異性を有するsiRNA等の二本鎖核酸分子、及び、HPV16型感染に起因する疾患(例えば、子宮頸癌)の治療又は予防に好適な医薬等を提供することにある。即ち本発明は、HPV16型のE6及びE7癌遺伝子における特定の配列を標的とした、該遺伝子の発現に対して高い抑制活性と高い特異性を有する二本鎖核酸分子;並びに、前記二本鎖核酸分子を含む、DNA、ベクター、及び医薬に関する。
