Abstract

 接眼レンズ15の光軸Sは互いに平行で、且つ電子映像表示パネル12の表面に対して垂直である。また、この光軸Sは、観察者である助手Bの主な観察点である電子映像表示パネル12の中央部Xを貫通している。従って、電子映像表示パネル12を観察している際に、助手の眼Pの視軸が電子映像表示パネル12に対して大きな角度をもつことがなく、助手Bは電子映像表示パネル12に表示された電子映像を、手術顕微鏡2の対物レンズ5による本来の両眼視差で立体観察することができる。そのため、長時間観察しても、目が疲れたり頭痛がしたりすることがない。
