Abstract
本発明は、熱処理条件の大きな変動を、熱処理条件が所定の品質基準の上限値以上又は下限値以下となる前に知ることで、不良品の発生を抑えることを目的とした動力伝達部材の高周波熱処理装置を提供する。本発明の動力伝達部材の高周波熱処理装置は、動力伝達部材を高周波熱処理する際の熱処理条件を測定する測定手段14,15,16と、前記熱処理条件の測定値が、品質の良否判定を行うための、第一上限値より小さく設定した第二上限値と、第一下限値より大きく設定した第二下限値の間にあるか否かを監視する監視手段17を備える。
