Abstract
表面にキャッピング剤を結合させた無機ナノ粒子蛍光体であって、発光強度が高い無機ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法を提供する。また、当該無機ナノ粒子蛍光体を用い、生体分子に対する検出性を高めた蛍光体標識化合物を提供する。本発明の無機ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法は、半導体ナノ結晶を形成し、その表面にキャッピング剤を結合させた無機ナノ粒子蛍光体の製造方法において、キャッピング剤結合後にプラズマ、熱、放射線、又は超音波による処理のいずれかの後処理を行う工程を含むことを特徴とする。
