Abstract

 本発明は、チャンバを有する流路部位を含む基板であって、基板内部に形成された流路部位のチャンバからチャンバへ、基板の回転速度に応じて段階的に送液することができる基板に関する。基板の内部の流路部位に、第1チャンバ、第2チャンバ、第3チャンバ、およびそれらを連通させる流路を形成する。さらに、第1チャンバの幅および/または深さを、第2チャンバの幅および/または深さよりも小さくする。それにより、第1チャンバにおいて遠心力を受ける溶液の体積を、第2チャンバにおいて遠心力を受ける溶液の体積よりも大きくする。
