Abstract

Le distributeur automatique de bagels chauds est un distributeur automatique qui cuisine et distribue des bagels frais et chauds à des clients. Les pièces principales du distributeur consistent en une zone de réfrigération, une zone de cuisson et une zone de distribution. Les actions du distributeur sont exécutées automatiquement et sont commandées par un ordinateur central. Les bagels sont stockés dans la zone de réfrigération à une température de 2-4ºC. Lorsqu'un client potentiel commande un ou plusieurs bagels au distributeur, ces derniers sont transportés automatiquement de la zone de réfrigération à la zone de cuisson, puis fournis au client par l'intermédiaire de la zone de distribution.
