Abstract

L'invention concerne une eau alcaline électrolysée présentant un pH de 9,5 +/- 1,5 et un rH de 250 à -400 mv, qui est utilisée pour la boisson. Cette eau sauvegarde la santé humaine puisqu'elle a une action anti-oxydante qui préserve de nombreuses maladies. Elle peut également être utilisée à des fins de régime diététique, car elle neutralise dans le corps l'excès d'acidité dû à la consommation d'aliments acides qui empêche l'organisme humain d'en diminuer le taux à cause de la formation de cellules adipeuses. Cette eau est plus efficace que les anti-oxydants ordinaires.
