Abstract
Electrolyzed water with pH = 9.5 +/- 1.5 & ORP = -250 to -400 mv used for drinking for maintaining human health since it has antioxidant effects thus prevents a lot of diseases. Also it can be used for diet as it neutralizes excess acidity in the body due to the consumption of acidic foods so prevent the mechanism of the body to decrease excess acidity by forming fat cells. it is superior to normal anti-oxidants.
