背景技术
在以 IP 多媒体子系统(IMS )为核心的下一代网络(NGN ) 中, 采用 会话发起协议(Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )作为业务控制协议, 各项通 信业务可由用户的智能终端与网络中的由运营商设置的应用服务器 (AS ) 配合完成。

为方便用户的使用, 现有技术规范允许用户在终端上查询、 修改 AS中 的业务配置数据。具体方法见图 2。用户终端与应用服务器通过 IP网络相连, 两者之间为 Ut接口, 该接口采用 XCAP协议(扩展标记语言(XML )配置 接入协议)。 用户的业务配置信息以 XML格式组织起来, 通过 XCAP协议 在用户终端与应用 良务器之间进行传递,达到用户终端对应用月良务器上的业 务配置数据进行查询、 设置、 删除等目的。
上述现有技术可满足用户在终端上查询、设置业务配置数据的目的,但 是,这一技术需要用户终端支持 XML与 XCAP,对于用户终端的要求较高。 而现有的大量 NGN终端,仅支持 SIP协议(可以拨打电话),不具备对 XML 与 XCAP的支持, 也就无法实现业务配置功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在终端上进行业务配置的方法及 系统, 只需要终端支持基本的 SIP协议, 即可实现业务配置。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种在终端上进行业务配置的方法, 预先配置业务配置码,以及在下一代网络中设置一个或多个业务配置应用服 务器, 所述业务配置应用服务器支持所述业务配置码, 包括以下步骤:
(a) 用户终端向网络发送会话发起协议 SIP消息 , 所述 SIP消息中携带 业务配置码;
(b) 业务配置应用服务器收到所述 SIP信息后,提取出所述业务配置码, 根据所述业务配置码的内容进行相应的业务处理。

图 6是本发明第三实施例的流程图。 本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。
本文所指的业务配置功能包括查询、设置业务配置数据,对业务配置数 据的修改也可看成是对业务配置数据的设置。
通过在 NGN网络中设置一个或多个专用的业务配置 AS,提供用户在用 户终端上查询、 设置业务配置数据。 运营商分配特定的业务配置码, 并在 S-CSCF上进行设置, 使得 S-CSCF在收到来自用户的目的地为业务配置码 的 SIP消息时,会将此 SIP消息转发给业务配置 AS。该业务配置 AS需支持 业务配置码。
S-CSCF中设置有业务配置码判定模块, 用于判断 SIP消息的目的地址 为业务配置码或所述 SIP消息中携带有业务配置码时, 则将该 SIP消息转发 给业务配置 AS。
业务配置码应区别于正常的用户号码, 以便于 S-CSCF识别。 例如: 业 务配置码可以以 "*,, 、 "#,,开头, 或者业务配置码采用专用号段开头。 当 用于设置业务时, 业务配置码应包含用户的业务配置信息, 包括业务类别信 息和业务的相关配置信息(如业务的开通或关闭)等; 当用于查询业务时, 业务配置码应包含业务类别信息。
例如: 一种业务配置码的设置规则如下:
"前缀 +业务码 +间隔符 +特定的配置信息 +结束后缀"
其中, 所述前缀采用 "*,, ; 所述业务码与特定业务及是否开通相关, 如: "99" 表示开通无条件呼叫前转, "990" 表示关闭无条件呼叫前转, "98" 表示开通关机前转, "980" 表示关闭关机前转; 间隔符采用 "*" , 作为业务码与特定的配置信息之间的分隔;所述特定的配置信息的设置取决 于业务码, 例如: 当业务码为 "99" 或 "98" 时, 特定的配置信息即为用户 希望呼叫前转到的号码, 当业务码为 "990" 或 "980" 时, 特定的配置信息 为空; 所述结束后缀采用 "#,, , 表示业务配置码的结束。
上述业务配置码的设置规则仅为一个示例, 不构成对本发明的限定。
第一实施例:
用户在用户终端上查询、设置业务配置数据时, 只需要直接拨打业务配 置码, 流程如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S01: 用户终端向拜访网络的代理 -呼叫会话控制功能(P-CSCF ) 发送 SIP中的呼叫邀请消息 (INVITE ) , 其中目的地址为业务配置码; 步骤 S02: P-CSCF将此 INVITE消息转发给用户归属网络中的 S-CSCF; 步驟 S03: S-CSCF识别出 INVITE中的目的地址是一个业务配置码,将 此消息转发给该业务配置码对应的业务配置 AS;
步骤 S04: 业务配置 AS提取出该消息目地地址中的业务配置码, 并根 据业务配置码的内容进行相应的处理 (配置或查询) ; 步骤 S05: 业务配置 AS向 S-CSCF返回成功响应 (200OK) ; 步骤 S06: S-CSCF向 P-CSCF转发上述成功响应 (200OK) ;
步骤 S07: P-CSCF向用户终端转发上述成功响应 (200OK) ; 步骤 S08:用户终端接收到上述成功响应后,向 P-CSCF发送确认 ( ACK ) 消息;
步骤 S09: P-CSCF向 S-CSCF转发上述确认(ACK) 消息;
步骤 S10: S-CSCF向业务配置 AS转发上述确认( ACK) 消息, 确认 收到了业务配置 AS发送的成功响应, 最终在用户终端与业务配置 AS之间 建立会话。
步骤 S21: 用户终端主动挂机或业务配置 AS主动向用户终端发送挂机 请求, 从而释放用户终端与业务配置 AS之间已建立的会话。
在上述过程中,为改善用户体验,方便用户判断业务配置操作是否成功, 可采用以下一种或几种方法的组合:
1)业务配置 AS增加放音功能, 如图 4所示, 在用户终端与业务配置 AS之间建立会话(步骤 P01 ~P10)后, 由 AS向用户播放业务配置的查询 / 设置结果的提示音(步骤 P11) , 例如: "您已成功设置无条件前转业务, 前转号码为 X X X X X " , 或, "您已成功取消关机前转业务" 等;
2)在图 3的过程中, 业务配置 AS在向用户终端返回的消息中(如图 3 的步骤 S05)携带文本形式的消息体, 此文本信息为业务配置数据的查询 / 设置结果,例如: "您已成功设置无条件前转业务,前转号码为 X X X X X ", 或, "您已成功取消关机前转业务,, 等;
3)利用正常的会话建立过程(如图 3中的步骤 S01~S03、 S05-S10) , 在用户终端与业务配置 AS之间建立起可传送文本格式媒体的传输通道, 然 后由 AS利用此媒体通道向用户传送文本格式的媒体, 此文本信息为业务配 置数据的查询 /设置结果;
4)业务配置 AS主动向用户终端发送 MESSAGE消息 (如图 5中的步 寐 R11) , 携带可反映业务配置数据查询 /设置结果的文本信息。
当用户进行业务查询时, 也可通过上述几种方式将查询结果返回给用 户。
第二实施例:
用户在用户终端上实现业务配置功能的另一种方法是采用 SIP 中的信 息(MESSAGE )消息向业务配置 AS发送信息, 流程如图 5所示, 包括以 下步骤:
步骤 R01: 用户终端向代理 -呼叫会话控制功能 ( P-CSCF )发送 SIP中 的信息消息(MESSAGE ) , 其中目的地址为业务配置码或业务配置 AS的 号码; 若目的地址为业务配置 AS的号码, 则在 MESSAGE消息中携带业务 配置码;
步骤 R02: P-CSCF 将此 MESSAGE 消息转发给用户归属网络中的 S-CSCF;
步骤 R03: S-CSCF识别出 MESSAGE消息中的目的地址是一个业务配 置码或业务配置 AS的号码, 将此消息转发给业务配置 AS;
步驟 R04: 业务配置 AS提取出 MESSAGE消息中的业务配置码, 并根 据业务配置码进行相应的业务配置处理(配置或查询); (注: 此步骤也可 在步骤 R05之后进行)
步骤 R05: 业务配置 AS向 S-CSCF返回成功响应 (200 OK ); 步骤 R06: S-CSCF向 P-CSCF转发上述成功响应 ( 200 OK ); 步骤 R07: P-CSCF向用户终端转发上述成功响应 (200 OK ); 在本实施例中,也可采用如第一实施例中第 2-4方式中的一种方式帮助 用户得知本次业务配置操作是否成功, 例如包括以下步骤:
步驟 R11 : 业务配置 AS向 S-CSCF发送 MESSAGE消息, 携带可反映 业务配置设置结果的信息, 例如, 携带一个字符串 "您已成功设置无条件前 转业务, 前转号码为 X X X X " , 或, "您已成功取消关机前转业务" ; 步骤 R12: S-CSCF向 P-CSCF转发上述 MESSAGE消息;
步驟 R13: P-CSCF向用户终端转发上述 MESSAGE消息; 步骤 R14: 用户终端接收到上述 MESSAGE消息后, 向 P-CSCF返回成 功响应 (200 OK ) , 以表示接收到业务配置设置结果通知消息;
步骤 R15: P-CSCF向 S-CSCF转发上述成功响应 (200 OK ) ; 步骤 R16: S-CSCF向业务配置 AS转发上述成功响应 (200 OK ) ;
第三实施例:
用户在用户终端上实现业务配置功能的另一种方法是采用 SIP 中的订 阅(SUBSCRIBE )消息向业务配置 AS发送信息, 流程如图 6所示, 包括以 下步骤:
步骤 Q01: 用户终端向代理 -呼叫会话控制功能 ( P-CSCF )发送 SIP中 的订阅消息 (SUBSCRIBE ) , 其中目的地址为业务配置码或业务配置 AS 的号码; 若目的地址为业务配置 AS的号码, 则在 SUBSCRIBE消息体中携 带业务配置码;
步骤 Q02: P-CSCF将此 SUBSCRIBE 消息转发给用户归属网络中的 S-CSCF;
步驟 Q03: S-CSCF识别出 SUBSCRIBE消息中的目的地址是一个业务 配置码或业务配置 AS的号码, 将此消息转发给业务配置 AS;
步骤 Q05: 业务配置 AS向 S-CSCF返回成功响应 (200 OK ) ; 步骤 Q06: S-CSCF向 P-CSCF转发上述成功响应 ( 200 OK ) ;
步骤 Q07: P-CSCF向用户终端转发上述成功响应 (200 OK ) ; 步驟 Q09: 业务配置 AS提取出 SUBSCRIBE消息中的业务配置码, 并 根据 SUBSCRIBE消息中的业务配置码进行相应的业务配置处理(配置或查 询) (注: 此步骤也可在步骤 Q05前进行) ;
步骤 Q11 : 业务配置 AS向 S-CSCF发送通知消息(NOTIFY ) , 该消息 携带可反映业务配置设置结果的信息, 例如, 携带一个字符串 "您已成功设 置无条件前转业务, 前转号码为 X X X X X " , 或, "您已成功取消关机前 转业务,, ; 步骤 Q12: S-CSCF向 P-CSCF转发上述通知消息 (NOTIFY ); 步骤 Q13: P-CSCF向用户终端转发上述通知消息 (NOTIFY ); 若步骤 Q11 ~ Q13存在, 则存在以下步骤:
步骤 Q14: 用户终端接收到上述通知消息后, 向 P-CSCF返回成功响应 ( 200 OK ) , 以表示接收到业务配置设置结果通知消息;
步骤 Q15: P-CSCF向 S-CSCF转发上述成功响应 (200 OK ); 步骤 Q16: S-CSCF向业务配置 AS转发上述成功响应 ( 200 OK ) 。
在上述方法中, 采用一个统一的业务配置 AS提供业务配置设置功能。 如果网络中存在多个提供不同业务的 AS, 则统一的业务配置 AS需要具有 各种业务的配置功能; 如果网络中增加一个新的 AS提供一种新的业务, 则 统一的业务配置 AS需要相应进行升级以提供新业务的配置功能。 为了简化 统一的业务配置 AS的功能, 也可以采用将业务配置 AS的功能分散在提供 不同业务的各个 AS中的方法, 即各 AS在提供业务的同时, 也提供如本发 明所述的业务配置功能, 也可以视为业务配置 AS, 使网络维护方便快捷。
综上所述, 本发明所采用的 SIP消息, 除了普通的 SIP终端外, 对于支 持 XML与 XCAP的终端也仍适用, 只要该终端支持 SIP即可。
尽管本发明结合特定实施例进行了描述,但是对于本领域的技术人员来 说, 可以在不背离本发明的精神或范围的情况下进行修改和变化。这样的修 改和变化被视作在本发明的范围和附加的权利要求书范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种在终端上进行业务配置的方法及系统, 可在普通 SIP 终端上进行业务配置,只需要终端支持基本的 SIP协议,无须特别支持 XML 与 XCAP,使持有普通 SIP终端的用户也可以方便的进行各种个性化业务配 置。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在终端上进行业务配置的方法, 其特征在于, 预先配置业务配 置码, 以及在下一代网络中设置一个或多个业务配置应用服务器, 所述业务 配置应用服务器支持所述业务配置码, 包括以下步骤:
用户终端向网絡发送会话发起协议 SIP消息, 所述 SIP消息中携带 业务配置码;
(b) 业务配置应用服务器收到所述 SIP信息后,提取出所述业务配置码, 根据所述业务配置码的内容进行相应的业务处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的配置方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务配置码用于 业务查询时包含业务类别信息;所述业务配置码用于业务设置时包含业务类 别信息和业务的具体配置信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的配置方法, 其特征在于, 所述 SIP消息是以下 消息中的一种: 呼叫邀请消息、 信息消息、 订阅消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的配置方法, 其特征在于,
所述 SIP消息是呼叫邀请消息时, 其目的地址为业务配置码;
所述 SIP消息是信息消息或订阅消息时, 其目的地址为业务配置码, 或 者, 其目的地址为业务配置应用服务器的号码, 且所述信息消息或订阅消息 中包含业务配置码。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的配置方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步驟(a ) 中, 代理-呼叫会话控制功能 P-CSCF收到用户终端发送的 SIP消息后转发给月良务
-呼叫会话控制功能 S-CSCF, 所述 S-CSCF收到所述 SIP消息后, 判断所述 SIP消息的目的地址为业务配置码或所述 SIP消息中携带有业务配置码, 则 将所述 SIP信息转发给业务配置应用服务器。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的配置方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤(b )后, 还包括步驟(c ) , 所述 SIP消息是呼叫邀请消息时, 所述业务配置应用服 务器通过以下方式中任意一种告知用户终端业务处理的结果:
所述业务配置应用服务器向用户终端播放业务处理结果的提示音; 所述业务配置应用服务器在向用户终端返回的消息中携带包含业务处 理结果的文本消息体;
所述业务配置应用服务器通过与用户终端之间的媒体传输通道向用户 终端发送包含业务处理结果的文本格式的媒体;
所述业务配置应用服务器主动向用户终端发送消息,消息中携带包含业 务处理结果的文本消息体。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的配置方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤(b )后, 还包括步骤(c ) , 所述 SIP消息是信息消息或订阅消息时, 所述业务配置 应用服务器通过以下方式中任意一种告知用户终端业务处理的结果:
所述业务配置应用服务器在向用户终端返回的消息中携带包含业务处 理结果的文本消息体;
所述业务配置应用服务器通过与用户终端之间的媒体传输通道向用户 终端发送包含业务处理结果的文本格式的媒体;
所述业务配置应用服务器主动向用户终端发送消息,消息中携带包含业 务处理结果的文本消息体。
8、 一种由终端进行业务设置的系统, 包括用户终端、 服务 -呼叫会话控 制功能 S-CSCF, 其特征在于, 还包括业务配置应用服务器, 用于接收所述 S-CSCF转发的用户终端发出的会话发起协议 SIP消息, 并根据所述 SIP消 息中的业务配置码进行相应业务处理。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 S-CSCF还包括业务 配置码判定模块, 当 SIP消息的目的地址为业务配置码或所述 SIP消息中携 带有业务配置码时, 则将该 SIP消息转发给业务配置应用服务器 AS。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述业务配置码用于业务 查询时包含业务类别信息,所述业务配置码用于业务设置时包含业务类别信 息和业务的具体配置信息; 所述 SIP消息是以下消息中的一种: 呼叫邀请消 息、 信息消息、 订阅消息; 所述业务处理是指业务的配置或查询。
