Abstract

Procédé, système et appareil de mise en œuvre d'un service de transfert d'appels, le procédé comportant les étapes consistant à : obtenir la règle de déclenchement du transfert d'appels au moyen de l'appareil assurant la fonction de commande des appels passés via le service ; transmettre les informations d'appel relatives à l'utilisateur appelé au serveur d'application ou au système vocal à valeur ajoutée en fonction de la règle de déclenchement du transfert d'appels.
