Abstract

 従来の多孔質体が用いられてきた分野に適用可能であり、気体や液体の透過速度を制御でき、小型化を図ることができるクラッドフィルター材とそのクラッドフィルター材の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するために、一面側から他面側に向けて気体又は液体を透過させることのできる板状のフィルター材であって、フェルト状繊維層の片面又は両面に多孔金属層を張り合わせた複合多層材であるクラッドフィルター材を採用する。また、フェルト状繊維層と多孔金属層とを積層させて熱圧着させるクラッドフィルター材の製造方法を採用する。
