Abstract

【課題】　サイクルタイムの短縮と鋳造品質の向上を同時に達成できる鋳造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】　Ｐ０からＰ４の位置まで湯面が上昇する圧を溶湯貯留部１内の溶湯に加える。そして、この後一定時間Ｐ４の圧力を維持する。この間に、上型４に接した溶湯は他の金型に接している溶湯よりも先に冷却され、この冷却によって溶湯は収縮する。しかしながら、Ｐ４の圧力を維持しているので、収縮した部分には下方から溶湯が補給され、引け巣や欠肉は生じない。
