Abstract

　非石綿系摩擦材（２）は、８５～１４５Ｈｖのビッカース硬さ、４００～６００Ｎ／ｍｍ２の引張強さ、２０～４９％の伸びを有し、融点が１３００°C以上の金属繊維から成る骨材繊維と、有機繊維と、結合材を含有する。さらに、高温摩擦後に、前記非石綿系摩擦材（２）の表面から２００μｍ以内に形成される摩擦劣化層に含まれる前記骨材繊維の繊維径が、前記高温摩擦前の１００～２０％の大きさを有する。
