Abstract

　対向装置が輻輳状態になったことを自動的に検出し、対向装置に対するアクセスを制御する、または、自装置が重度の輻輳状態に陥る前に、対向装置に対して輻輳を通知し、対向装置から自装置に対するアクセスを制御させる。 　自装置から対向装置に対して送信した信号に対する対向装置からの応答状況を監視し、この監視結果が応答遅延または無応答であるときには対向装置が輻輳状態であると判定して対向装置へのアクセスを自律的に制御する。あるいは、自装置が輻輳状態であるときには対向装置に対して輻輳を通知する信号を送信し、自装置が対向装置から輻輳を通知する信号を受信したときには対向装置へのアクセスを自律的に制御する。
