Abstract

In einem Staubeintragsystem für die Kohlenstaubdruckvergasung, das einen Bunker (BK) zur Bevorratung des Kohlenstaubs, mehrere Staubeintragschleusen (SES) und ein Dosiergefäß (DG) umfasst, werden den mit Betriebshochdruck beaufschlagten Komponenten Staubeintragschleuse und Dosiergefäß als Inertisierungs- und Fördermedium bzw. Fluidierungsmedium reines Kohlendioxid (CO2) zugeführt. Die Kohlendioxid führenden Komponenten werden soweit beheizt, dass die Temperatur oberhalb der Grenze zum Zweiphasengebiet liegt. In vorteilhafter Weise ist, insbesondere für die Kohlenstaubdruckvergasung mit der Zielstellung Synthesegaserzeugung für die Produktion unterschiedlicher Kohlenwasserstoffe, der durch das Staubeintragsystem bedingte Stickstoffanteil im Produktgas vermieden.
