Abstract
Le capteur de détection de rotation (A) selon l'invention est fixé à un élément de fixation du capteur (7) attaché à un roulement d'une roue et détecte la rotation d'un anneau rotatif du roulement. Une unité de détection (B) possède un élément de détection de type magnétique (1) permettant de détecter un organe cible de détection sur l'anneau rotatif, un câble (10) permettant de récupérer un signal de sortie de l'élément de détection (1) vers l'extérieur, et un élément terminal d'électrode (3) permettant d'établir une connexion électrique entre une section électrode (2) de l'élément de détection (1) et un fil central (4) du câble (10). L'unité de capteur (B) est placée dans une position prédéterminée sur l'élément de fixation du capteur (7), et une section moulage (8) fabriquée par moulage d'un élastomère thermoplastique ou d'un matériau de caoutchouc est fournie à la fois autour de l'unité de capteur entière (B) et d'une partie de l'élément de fixation du capteur (7). Un dispositif de serrage (9) est fourni sur l'élément de fixation du capteur (7) et fixe le câble (10) à l'élément de fixation du capteur (7) dans une position au-delà de la section de moulage (8).
