Abstract

 回転検出センサAは、車輪用軸受に取付けるセンサ固定部材7に固定され、車輪用軸受の回転輪の回転を検出する。回転輪の被検出体を検出する磁気式のセンサ素子1と、このセンサ素子1の出力信号を外部に取り出すケーブル10と、センサ素子1の電極部2とケーブル10の芯線4とを電気的に接続する電極端子部材3とでセンサユニットBを構成する。センサユニットBをセンサ固定部材7に対して所定の位置に配置し、センサユニットBの全体およびセンサ固定部材7の一部の周囲に、熱可塑性エラストマまたはゴム材を成型してなるモールディング部8を設ける。モールディング部8から離れた箇所でケーブル10をセンサ固定部材7に固定するクランプ部9を設ける。
