Abstract

 成形の工程数が少なくて生産性が良好な燃料電池セルを提供することを目的として、高分子電解質膜(44)にアノード極(46a)とカソード極(46b)を設けて形成された電極部の外周に露出している高分子電解質膜(44)の縁を、一方の枠(47a)の上面に載せ、その上面に、一方の枠(47a)よりもヤング率が小さい樹脂材料を注入して他方の枠(47c)を成形すると共に、一方の枠(47a)の下面に、他方の枠(47c)と同じ材質のシール部(49)を同時に成形する。
