Abstract
圧電振動子を安定して保持するとともに、異音の発生を抑止可能な圧電振動子ユニット及びその圧電振動子ユニットのケース部材であって、圧電振動子(1)と、前記圧電振動子(1)と厚さ方向で対向する面部(4a)を備えた第1の支持部材(4)と、前記第1の支持部材(4)に固定され、導電性板状体(2)と厚さ方向で対向する面部(6a)を備えた第2の支持部材(6)と、前記第1の支持部材4の面部(4a)と前記第2の支持部材(6)の面部(6a)とで前記圧電振動子(1)と導電性板状体(2)を厚さ方向に挟み込んで保持する圧電振動子ユニット(U)において、前記第1の支持部材(4)の面部(4a)に切欠き部(7)を形成し、前記切欠き部(7)の領域において、前記圧電振動子(1)と前記面部(4a)とが非接触状態となる部位を有する。
