Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de chauffage à pompe à chaleur utilisant de l'eau comme source d'énergie thermique, lequel système est constitué d'au moins un tuyau d'un seul tenant et/ou comprenant plusieurs segments raccordés (23, 22, 26) reliant le trou et/ou puits de forage source (1) au trou et/ou puits de forage d'évacuation (2), le tuyau étant reliée par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur thermique et/ou d'un évaporateur à un générateur de pompe à chaleur, et d'au moins une chambre d'aspiration et de pompage (27) d'une structure permettant une modification flexible de son volume, le mouvement et l'écoulement d'eau à travers le tuyau à partir du site de collecte étant obtenus par un effet d'aspiration et un vide dans la chambre (27), et au moins une ouverture de sortie (30) se situe dans la partie inférieure de la chambre (27) et/ou de l'échangeur (29), qui peut être mise en œuvre sous la forme d'une soupape de type régulable, et/ou d'un tiroir coulissant et/ou d'un volet, à travers laquelle l'eau refroidie sort préférentiellement dans les parties d'évacuation (33) du trou et/ou puits de forage (2), et l'énergie thermique de l'eau qui s'écoule hors de l'échangeur et/ou à travers l'échangeur de l'évaporateur de pompe à chaleur est collectée directement et/ou par l'intermédiaire d'un fluide de travail du compresseur (17), l'énergie thermique pour chauffage et/ou refroidissement étant en outre transférée dans le système de chauffage sélectionné (40) à l'intérieur des locaux (39), et le fluide du circuit de compresseur circule à travers un récipient de collecte (42), un déshydratateur-filtre (41), une soupape régulable (44) et au moins un élément d'étranglement (45).
