Abstract
一般式MN(PO3)4(式中、Mは1価の金属イオンであり、Nは3価の金属イオンである。)で表される構造を母体構造とし、上記一般式中のMまたはNの一部を、希土類イオンまたはIII族金属イオンの少なくとも一方によって置換する。これにより、本発明は、従来の応力発光材料よりも低い焼成温度での製造が可能で、優れた発光特性を示す応力発光材料およびその製造方法、並びにその利用を提供する。さらに、350nmよりも短波長の高輝度発光特性を示す応力発光材料およびその製造方法、並びにその利用を提供する。
