Abstract
複数の検出手段により被検体の様々な情報を獲得できる生体分子検出用の標識剤を提供する。本発明の生体分子検出標識剤は、放射源を使用した放射後に、放射線の吸収および/もしくは散乱および/もしくは回折により、かつ/または磁場中の放射線の吸収と放出により、かつ/または放射線による励起後の蛍光放出により検出することができ、かつ生体親和性の表面修飾物質が生体分子またはその他の有機基質を検出するために表面に結合することができるように表面が処理された、希土類ドープ金属を含み、粒径変動係数が10~30%である、無機のナノ粒子を含有することを特徴とする。少なくともGdを含むことが望ましく、さらに該ナノ粒子のホスト材料として、少なくともバナジン酸塩を含むことが望ましい。
