Abstract

　判定部（３０２）は、入力部（３０１）から連続して入力される一連のフレーム画像が一定方向の移動を示すか否かを判定する。変更部（３０３）は、一連のフレーム画像におけるフレーム画像間を補間する補間フレーム画像の生成が可能か否かを判断するための可能判断条件を変更する。判断部（３０４）は、変更部（３０３）によって変更された可能判断条件を用いて、補間フレーム画像の生成が可能か否かを判断する。そして、生成部（３０５）は、判断部（３０４）によって補間フレーム画像の生成が可能であると判断された場合、補間フレーム画像を生成する。
