Abstract

 リアルタイム周波数と電圧瞬時値時系列データを用いて、最小二乗法で電圧瞬時値時系列推定データと現時点電圧推定値を算出する。算出した電圧瞬時値時系列推定データを用いて現時点電圧実効値を求め、この現時点電圧実効値と現時点電圧推定値を用いて現時点同期フェーザと電圧歪み度、更に、母線間同期フェーザ位相角差を求める。
