  • Filling systems in use do not allow to regulate the position of the shutter (i.e. of the piston) with continuity and precisely, in order to vary the opening of the valve according to any pattern, according to the type of container and of filling fluid.
  • An object of the present invention is to eliminate the aforesaid drawbacks and make available a filling valve that enables to carry out the filling operation in optimised, particularly efficient fashion.

  • Said tracking element 9 is constituted, for example, by a linear transducer operatively connected to the piston 3 (e.g. a feeler pin).
  • the tracking element 9 and the actuator 5 are mutually integrated, in the form of an electrical positioner. Note that electrical positioners, in themselves, are known in the sector of monitoring the level of liquid present within tanks.

  • Said pre-set position (i.e. the desired position) is a position set according to a desired pattern for the instantaneous position of the shutter 2 as a function of the filling level of the container.

  • the present invention advantageously enables to manage in optimised fashion the filling of a container by means of a filling fluid, performing a feedback control of the position of the shutter 2, i.e. of the position of the valve, said position being variable with continuity between a position of maximum opening and a closed position.
  • Said control is preferably continuous, to assure a particularly high level of precision.
  • the present invention is particularly flexible, with the possibility of treating filling fluids and different containers in optimised, automatic fashion with no need for regulation and calibration operations.
  • valve 1 according to the present invention is particularly simple and rugged, because it does not require the use of electric motors or reduction gears.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un clapet de remplissage (1) permettant d'introduire un fluide de remplissage dans un contenant. Ledit clapet comprend : un piston (3) relié à un obturateur (2), pouvant se déplacer avec continuité entre une position d'ouverture maximale et une position de fermeture d'un conduit (4) pour le flux sortant du fluide de remplissage ; un actionneur (5) relié fonctionnel au piston pour l'actionner ; un capteur (7) inséré dans le conduit (4) pour mesurer des valeurs de débit de fluide pénétrant dans le clapet (1) ; et un moyen de commande (10) relié à l'actionneur (5) pour régler la position du piston (3) en fonction des valeurs de débit mesurées par le capteur (7), ledit moyen de commande (10) comprenant un élément (9) destiné à suivre la position du piston (3) relié fonctionnel à l'actionneur (5) pour régler la position du piston (3) en rétroaction, par comparaison de la position suivie avec une position prédéterminée en fonction des valeurs mesurées de débit et par modification en conséquence de la position du piston (3). Les clapets de remplissage connus dans l'état de la technique sont pourvus d'un nombre limité de positions d'obturateur, ce qui ne permet pas de régler de façon automatique et précise la position dudit obturateur.
