笔记本电脑折叠桌
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种桌子的结构, 特别涉及一种适用于笔记本电脑的折叠 桌。
【背景技术】
人的一生有三分之一以上的时间是在床上度过的, 很多人习惯在床上 思考、 看书、 学习甚至工作, 随着笔记本电脑及周边设备的普及, 很多人 喜欢在床上使用笔记本电脑。 但如果不借助适当的工具, 在床上看书或使 用笔记本电脑等, 就很不方便, 容易对身体造成损伤, 如眼睛疲劳、斜视、 肩周炎、 颈椎疾病等。 更有很多因病或年迈在床的人, 必须在床上看书、 吃饭, 没有辅助工具也会极不方便、 不舒适和不卫生。
针对上述情况, 当前市场上出现了几种笔记本电脑桌产品, 但这些产 品还存在以下缺欠:
1 . 体积大, 笨拙、 不轻便, 可折叠的程度有限, 不易随身携带; 更不 能作为更舒适的笔记本电脑辅助工具用在一般的办公桌上。 由于折叠程度 有限, 不能同时满足在床上与在办公桌上使用笔记本电脑; 也没有把笔记 本电脑桌产品与当前市场上常见的销售量比较大的笔记本电脑散热支架这 两种不同产品的功能结合起来考虑。 现有产品必须加宽桌面板的尺寸, 才 能有使用鼠标的平面, 而这个平面与放置笔记本电脑的桌面共用时, 通常 是倾斜的, 造成鼠标离开手的控制后就会下滑, 给使用者带来不便。 且现 有的具有附加鼠标板的产品通常体积很大, 长期以来, 还没有解决按装鼠 标板但体积又要轻、 巧的兼顾矛盾, 不能折叠时收拢, 不能缩小体积, 前 后移动、 放鼠标平面角度和位置调整困难。
调节桌面高度和角度以及折叠时左、 右桌子腿同歩定位不准确, 造成 桌子腿歪斜, 使用时还不够简单、 便捷, 折叠时感觉麻烦、 生硬。
据有关报道, 屡屡发生过使用笔记本电脑过热引起的火灾事故, 帮助 笔记本电脑散热问题已令人关注, 而现有相关产品还没有帮助笔记本电脑 散热的装置以及看书用的照明灯、 喇叭、 摄像头、 麦克风、 USB接口、 外 接电源插口以及能减少笔记本自身电源消耗的附加电源, 不能更充分利用 笔记本电脑外延功能。
现有产品也未考虑到使用者手腕部容易疲劳, 没有可以隐藏笔记本电 脑经常需要的 USB闪存、 数据线、 移动硬盘、 应急启动光盘、 签字笔的空 间, 实际上这是一种很重要的缺欠, 常常会造成工作事故或遗憾。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的是: 首先, 提供一种结构合理紧凑、 更为轻便、 占 用空间更小的笔记本电脑折叠桌; 次之, 提供一种辅助功能更为齐全的笔 记本电脑折叠桌。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提出一种笔记本电脑折叠桌, 包括桌面板, 横梁管和分别设置于所述横梁管左、 右端部的一对可折叠支架, 所述横梁 管通过分别设于端部的一对旋钮与固接于所述桌面板上的一对耳片同轴活 动连接, 使所述桌面板可绕所述横梁管轴向调整角度; 所述可折叠支架包 括可折叠边、 可伸缩边和底管; 所述可折叠边包括上折叠杆和下折叠杆, 二者铰接; 所述可伸缩边包括内套管和外套管, 所述内套管可滑动或定位 套设于外套管内; 所述上折叠杆上端与所述可伸缩边上端部铰接, 下折叠 杆的下端与所述底管铰接; 所述可伸缩边上端部设有顶部挂钩接头, 与安 装于横梁管左右端部的角向接头铰接, 且二者可相对锁止; 所述角向接头 至少有一个与所述横梁管采用活动连接; 通过所述可折叠支架的上折叠杆 和下折叠杆形成刚性连接, 调整可伸缩边的内套管或外套管的相对长度, 形成以底管为支撑边, 支撑高度可调的支架。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 所述可折叠边还包括铰接块、 滑动套; 所 述铰接块铰接于所述上折叠杆和下折叠杆之间; 所述滑动套活动套设于所 述上折叠杆、 下折叠杆和铰接块之间, 使所述上折叠杆、 下折叠杆形成刚 性连接。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 所述角向接头内设有弧形轴或圆形轴, 与 所述顶部挂钩接头铰接; 所述角向接头具有 c形槽, 所述顶部挂钩接头与 该 C形槽过盈配合; 所述 C形槽通过弹性应变锁止所述可伸缩边。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 所述可折叠支架还包括至少一中间折叠杆 铰接于所述铰接块、 下折叠杆之间。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 所述可折叠支架还包括旋转接头、 卡轴、 端面弹簧; 所述卡轴与所述顶部挂钩接头固接, 所述可伸缩边上端部与所 述旋转接头固接, 所述卡轴通过所述端面弹簧与所述旋转接头活动连接; 所述上折叠杆上端部与所述旋转接头铰接; 所述旋转接头与顶部挂钩接头 同轴, 并相对于所述顶部挂钩接头实现轴向弹性移动、 径向旋转定位。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 还包括鼠标板组件, 活动连接于所述桌面 板侧沿, 折叠状态下, 叠加于所述桌面板上; 使用状态下, 位于所述桌面 板侧沿, 鼠标使用面与所述桌面板于同一平面或成一夹角。 所述鼠标板组 件包括盒体、 连杆、 连杆锁紧手柄、 连杆调整滑块、 万向接头、 摇臂和摇 臂锁紧旋钮; 所述连杆一端与所述盒体侧面活动连接, 另一端通过所述连 杆锁紧手柄活动连接于连杆调整滑块上, 所述连杆调整滑块活动安装于所 述桌面板侧面; 所述摇臂一端通过所述摇臂锁紧旋钮活动连接于所述桌面 板侧面, 另一端通过所述万向接头与所述盒体侧面活动连接。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 还包括可伸缩支架, 安装于所述桌面板背 面; 所述可伸缩支架包括固定座、 套架和支撑架, 所述固定座固设于所述 桌面板背面,所述套架与所述固定座铰接;所述支撑架上设有导轨或导槽, 所述套架对应设置有与所述支撑架配合的导槽或导轨; 所述套架上设置有 锁止件, 所述支撑架上设置有卡槽, 所述锁止件卡接于所述卡槽上, 锁止 所述套架与支撑架的相对位置。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 还包括可伸缩支架, 安装于所述桌面板背 面; 所述可伸缩支架包括固定支座、 套架和支撑架, 所述固定支座固设于 所述桌面板背面, 所述套架与所述固定座铰接; 所述支撑架上设有销轴或 导槽, 所述套架对应设置有与所述支撑架配合的导槽或销轴; 所述套架上 设置有锁止件,所述支撑架上设置有卡槽,所述锁止件卡接于所述卡槽上, 锁止所述套架与支撑架的相对位置。 所述可伸缩支架还包括侧架, 其上端 部铰接于所述套架的上端部; 使用状态下, 其下端部抵接所述支撑架, 与 所述支撑架、 套架构成一三角形。
上述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 还包括照明组件, 活动安装于所述桌面板 边沿, 工作状态下, 相对所述桌面板实现万向调节。 还包括喇叭组件, 活 动安装于所述桌面板边沿, 工作状态下, 相对所述桌面板实现万向调节; 非工作状态下, 叠放于所述桌面板背面。 还包括电池盒, 安装于所述桌面 板背面; 还包括 USB接口, 设置于所述桌面板边沿。 还包括散热风扇, 安 装于所述桌面板背面; 所述桌面板与所述散热风扇接触面开设有散热孔。
由于采用了以上的方案, 本发明的产品折叠结构设计合理, 可折叠的 程度高, 折叠体积小而轻便, 便于装入笔记本电脑包等随身携带。 可折叠 支架部件上的两个腰边, 一个可折叠, 另一个可伸缩, 使桌面板高度、 角 度均能调整, 使用更为灵活。
本发明利用桌面板正反面的空间, 采用折叠方式, 能隐藏喇叭、 摄像 头、 照明灯和鼠标板等, 使折叠后的整体视觉效果, 工整简洁、 轻巧; 提 供了更多更齐全实用的辅助功能, 使用更为方便; 通过增、 减、 组合零部 件和不同的折叠方式能获得多样化变形, 提供各种功能选择。
本发明的产品, 通过设置于桌面板的散热孔及安装于背面的散热风扇, 能帮助笔记本电脑散热, 防止在床上使用笔记本电脑时过热而导致意外; 由于设有笔记本电脑之外的自备电池电源, 不但可以驱动散热风扇, 也可 以用于驱动喇叭、 照明灯, 又由于有 USB接口, 在用或不用笔记本电脑的情 况下都可以正常使用 MP3、 MP4等多媒体播放器等, 达到了一物多用的目的。
本发明产品设有可伸缩支架, 用于在办公桌上使用笔记本电脑时, 可 以调整、 改变笔记本电脑底面与办公桌的角度以及显示屏高度, 使用笔记 本电脑更为舒适。
本发明产品设有手托, 对使用者的手部进行支撑, 能极大地改善人机 关系, 延缓手部疲劳, 减少使用者的手部劳损, 更为利于使用者的健康。
本发明产品设有照明灯, 能提供多角度、 小范围的照明, 解决了看书、 使用笔记本电脑的照明问题, 不需要采用公共照明, 避免影响他人, 又能 保证照明效果, 提高了产品的舒适性和实用性。
鼠标板采用盒体结构, 通过翻转、 折叠能扣在桌面板正面, 其内部空 间可以隐藏系统应急启动盘、 数据线等其它小附件如: USB闪存器、 重要光 盘等。 外表面可以成为供鼠标应用的平面, 为习惯在床上使用笔记本电脑 又想使用鼠标的人, 在不增加本发明的体积和折叠厚度前提下提供方便。

请结合图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8和图 9所示, 示出了 本例的可折叠支架的结构, 以可折叠支架 2为例, 包括可折叠边、 可伸缩 边和底管; 可折叠边包括上折叠杆 11和下折叠杆 12, 二者铰接; 可伸缩 边包括内套管 17和外套管 16, 内套管 17可滑动套设于外套管 16内; 上 折叠杆 11上端与可伸缩边上端部铰接,下折叠杆 12的下端与底管 9铰接; 可伸缩边上端部设有顶部挂钩接头 7, 与安装于横梁管 4左右端部的角向 接头 6铰接, 且二者可相对锁止; 二个角向接头 6中, 一个与横梁管 4采 用活动连接, 一个与横梁管 4采用固定连接; 通过可折叠支架的上折叠杆 11和下折叠杆 12形成刚性连接, 调整可伸缩边的内套管 17或外套管 16 的相对长度, 形成以底管为支撑边, 支撑高度可调的支架。 可折叠边还包 括铰接块 15、 滑动套 13 ; 铰接块 15铰接于所述上折叠杆 11和下折叠杆 12之间; 滑动套活动套设于上折叠杆 11、 下折叠杆 12和铰接块 15之间, 使所述上折叠杆 11、 下折叠杆 12形成刚性连接。 可折叠支架还包括旋转 接头 21、 卡轴 37、 端面弹簧 38; 卡轴 37与顶部挂钩接头 7固接, 可伸缩 边上端部与旋转接头 21固接, 卡轴 37通过端面弹簧 38与旋转接头 21活 动连接;上折叠杆 11上端部与旋转接头 21铰接;旋转接头 21与顶部挂钩 接头 7同轴,并相对于顶部挂钩接头 7实现轴向弹性移动、径向旋转定位。
请参考图 3和图 12, 角向接头 6具有 C形槽, 开口处有突起 33, 与可 折叠支架 2的顶部挂钩接头 7外圆同轴时,角向接头 6的突起 33会将顶部 挂钩接头 7自动卡紧定位。 这时可折叠支架 2上的底管 9可以上下拉动, 并可绕与底管转接头 10的铰接轴旋转,直至将上折叠杆 11、下折叠杆 12、 铰接块 15拉成接近共线的状态。
请参见图 4、图 5和图 6, 当向下推动滑动套 13至把下折叠杆 12也套 入的位置, 可折叠支架 2就形成了一个由底管 9为底边, 共线状态的上折 叠杆 11、下折叠杆 12为刚性边和同轴的外套管 16、内套管 17为伸缩边的 三角形。 请结合图 9、 图 19和图 20所示, 推拉内套管 17使内套管堵头 52上的定位钢珠 19进入外套管 16侧壁上的定位孔 20,按下锁紧按钮 14, 外套管 16与内套管 17的滑动位置被锁紧, 可伸缩边的边长即确定。 这时 可折叠支架 2形成可承受载荷的稳定三角形, 其可调的伸缩边边长能影响 桌面板 1的工作高度。
请参见图 5, 同理, 二个可折叠支架可以产生相同的对称的稳定三角 形, 这时绕横梁管 4的轴线旋转形成对称同歩的位置。
请参见图 6, 拧紧横梁管二端的旋钮 18, 桌面板 1受到固定, 可以支 撑笔记本电脑及其它书籍等物品。
请参见图 7, 松开旋钮 18, 桌面板 1可以绕横梁管 4的轴线旋转调整 角度, 以满足不同使用情况。 该图中桌面板 1处于水平状态, 不但可放置 笔记本电脑, 也可以放置餐具, 满足在床上用餐时需要。
请参见图 8, 当把左、 右的可折叠支架 2、 3上的滑动套 13上移, 使 下折叠杆 12与底管 9接近平行时, 可折叠支架 2、 3可以形成更小的稳定 三角形, 能进一歩降低桌面板 1的工作高度, 满足在一般的办公桌上应用 笔记本电脑的舒适高度和角度要求。
请参见图 9和图 11, 顶部挂钩接头 7上有开口圆孔 23, 装配时与角 向接头 6中的半圆形轴的 8卡入铰接。开口圆孔 24能与横梁管 4上的角向 接头 6中圆柱 25卡扣, 达到在折叠状态时对可折叠支架卡紧定位的目的。
请参见图 1和图 10, 桌面板 1的左侧安装有连杆照明灯 31, 桌面板 1 上还设置有压书页弹簧 27、 29, 供读书写字时夹压书页或纸张。 桌面板 1 中部开设有的散热孔, 对应的背面位置安装有散热风扇。 桌面板 1的侧面 还装有 USB接口及插口, 背后装有电池盒 30。
请参见图 11, 该图为角向接头 6的剖视图, 26为该零件上的与横梁管 8字形截面上的两条槽相配合的突起,其形状和弹性对可折叠支架 2、可折 叠支架 3的同歩位置有定位作用。 突起 26的外部开有 U形缝隙 34, 目的 是使突起 26富有弹性, 在转动可折叠支架 2、 3的过程中能自动卡紧。 25 为该零件内腔里的圆柱, 对折叠后的可折叠支架 2、 3起定位卡紧作用。 8 为横梁管 4上与可折叠支架 2、3上的顶部挂钩接头 7开口孔铰接的半圆形 轴, 其半圆形截面能方便地使顶部挂钩接头 7卡入, 提高装配效率, 降低 成本。 图中的两个孔中心线 F、 J之间的夹角大于或等于 90度。
请参见图 12, 该图为横梁管 4上的角向接头 6的局部剖视图, 图中 33 为该零件上的下部开口圆孔边缘的突起,突起 33的作用是当可折叠支架 2、 3上的顶部挂钩接头 7绕角向接头 6中的铰接轴 8转动与下部开口圆孔接 近同轴时, 产生自动抱紧定心作用, 保持可折叠支架 2、 3向外打开后的位 置稳定和对称。 从该图中也可以判断出突起 26和 U形缝隙 34的形状与作 用。 35是横梁管 4与桌面板 1上的旋钮 18配合的锁紧螺母。
请参见图 13, 37是可折叠支架 2、 3上连接顶部挂钩接头 7与外套管 16和旋转接头 21的卡轴, 38是端面弹簧。在端面弹簧 38作用下, 顶部挂 钩接头 7与旋转接头 21轴向可弹性移动并能旋转。从图中可以看出拧紧旋 钮 18, 可以固定桌面板 1与横梁管 4, 松开旋钮 18, 桌面板 1可绕横梁管 4轴线转动。逆时针旋转可折叠支架 2或 3,顶部挂钩接头 7将绕角向接头 6的半圆轴 8旋转, 其上的开口圆孔 24能卡入角向接头 6中的圆柱 25上 锁紧。 旋转接头 21与顶部挂钩接头 7同轴, 并可轴向弹性移动及旋转。
请参见图 14, 该图为图 9中 T部的放大图, 顶部挂钩接头 7的下端面 有突起 41,与旋转接头 21上端面的两个凹陷 42相配合及弹簧 38的作用, 能约束旋转接头 21旋转后的位置。
请参见图 15, 该图为图 3 中 K部的放大图。 图中 4为横梁管部件, 21 为旋转接头, 36为横梁管, 6为角向接头, 39为旋转接头 21上的卡扣; 当收拢可折叠支架时, 底管 9卡入卡扣 39中, 起到固定作用。
实施例二:
请参见图 16, 本例中, 对可折叠支架 2、 3采用另一种实施方式: 用顶 部挂钩接头 43代替前述可折叠支架 2、 3中的顶部挂钩接头 7。 顶部挂钩 接头 43直接与外套管 16固定连接, 取消了旋转接头 21、 卡轴 37和端面 弹簧 38的连接结构。 图中, 45为同歩扳手, 其截面上的孔与角向接头 6 中设置的圆柱 44同轴连接, 圆柱 44上有同轴扭簧 47, 为同歩扳手 45左 端突起 48提供压迫横梁管 4外圆表面的扭矩, 当横梁管 4上的开口处 46 转到与同歩扳手 45的左端突起 48相配合的位置时,左端突起 48能自动卡 入横梁管 4的开口处 46锁住横梁管 4, 达到使可折叠支架 2、 3对称同歩 并约束的目的。 折叠前按下同歩扳手 45右端, 使左端突起 48脱离横梁管 4的开口处 46, 可折叠支架 2、 3既可绕横梁管 4的轴线旋转,满足折叠时 的位置需要。
实施例三:
请参见图 17, 本例是对上述二例的结构简化。 在本例中, 取消了散热 孔、 风扇和 USB接口 28、 电池盒 30、 连杆照明灯 31 ; 可折叠支架 2、 3直 接利用顶部挂钩接头 43与角向接头 6配合,折叠方式有所改变,可折叠支 架 2、 3少了一个折叠歩骤, 折叠过程更简单, 折叠后的高度稍有加厚。
实施例四:
请参见图 18、 图 19, 是本例中采用的折叠方式的立体图。 在本例中, 可折叠支架 2、 3中增加了一节中间折叠杆 47。 当下拉滑动套 13, 套入铰 接块 15、 中间折叠杆 47、下折叠杆 12后, 该折叠边依然可以变成刚性边。 在拉滑动套 13长度能将中间折叠杆 47套入的前提下, 还可以增加折叠杆 47的数量, 使张开可折叠支架 2、 3后的桌面板 1高度产生更多变化。 图 中可以看到外套管 16侧面的定位孔 20。
请参见图 20所示, 下拉滑动套 13, 仅套入铰接块 15、 中间折叠杆 47, 使下折叠杆 12与底管 9平行后,桌面高度会发生变化。图中可更清晰地看 到定位钢珠 19的位置。

如图 25所示, 图中鼠标板组件 52盒体 60从桌面板上已开始翻转, 可 见手托 57向下安装的投影和摇臂 68可以旋转的弧线方向箭头标示, 当鼠 标板组件 52的盒体 60侧面 87与万向关节 80的右侧面平行时, 会受到万 向关节 80的约束,能保持鼠标板组件 52的盒体 60的背面相对于桌面板横 向的水平状态, 并承受使用鼠标时的动载荷。
如图 26所示,图中可见鼠标板组件 52的盒体 60与桌面板 1处于接近平行 位置, 能继续按弧线箭头方向及绕 BB轴摇动和前后移动, Z部有滑座 58的局 部放大。
如图 27、 图 55所示, 鼠标板组件 52的盒体 60沿 AA轴线的弧线箭头方向 翻转, 摇臂 68沿 BB轴线弧线箭头方向摇动, 鼠标板组件 52盒体 60沿直线箭 头方向前、 后移动和角度变化, 当左侧面 87与万向接头 80右侧面的平行并 接触时, 鼠标板组件 52盒体 60受到约束, 不能继续向下翻转。
如图 28所示, 照明组件 74包括 LED灯和麦克风, 麦克风集成于 LED灯的 末端。 摇臂 68可绕 BB轴摇动带动鼠标板组件 52前、 后、 上、 下运动, 并受 连杆 82、 连杆锁紧手柄 89约束。
如图 29所示, 桌面板背面设置有喇叭组件 67, 电池盒 69、 Hub线路板组 件等。
如图 30所示, 鼠标板组件 52的盒体 60在鼠标工作面上开设有杯座 66, 手托 57改为向上安装, 可以托住使用者手腕部, 能显著减少手臂的疲劳。
如图 31所示, 本例中增设可伸缩支架 70, 非工作状态下, 折叠于桌面 板 1的背面,滑座 58底部设有用于支撑的防滑垫 62。可伸缩支架 70包括套架、 侧架、 支撑架。
请结合图 33、 图 40、 图 43所示, 可伸缩支架 70已由折叠状态翻出展开, 侧架 63采用钢丝支架, 支撑架采用 T形架 59。 T形架 59可以按直线箭头方向 从套架 65中拉出, 然后旋转, 受到侧架 63, 使可伸缩支架 70变成三角形状 态, T形架 59的两端和上部有防滑垫 71、 73, 与滑座 58底部防滑垫 62构成 6 个点支撑防滑平面, 该平面可摇动, 自适应办公桌面等使用条件。
如图 37所示, Τ形架 59上端底部的防滑垫 73, 与防滑垫 71构成三角形平 面, 按图 33中的弧线箭头方向运动, 能自适应与两个底部弹性垫 62构成支 撑平面, 对桌面板形成稳定的支撑架构。 照明组件 74可让开可伸缩支架 70 打开后的 Τ形架 59, 但仍处在桌面板底部。 摇臂锁紧旋纽 81, 与摇臂座 79轴 向连接关系, 可使用螺紋对可摇臂 68沿 ΒΒ轴线径向的摇动进行锁紧固定。 连杆调整滑块 86在水平方向上的与桌面板 1的右边槽形截面滑动配合, 移动 其前、 后位置, 能改变鼠标板组件 52与桌面板 1的角度关系。
如图 32所示, 笔记本电脑 75放置于桌面上。 Τ形架 59与套架 65的另一种 支撑方式, 也能改变桌面板的支撑高度。 照明组件 74已从桌面板底部旋转 到接近直立位置, 所用的外围面积更小, 以适应不同的使用环境。
如图 34所示, 可见 Τ形支架 59的底部细节, 固定支座 98固定于桌面板 1 背面上, 并与套架 65铰接, 参见图 45, 由于套架 65铰接端部的非圆形体 113 与固定支座 98接触作用, 使可伸缩支架 70组件翻转时有弹性定位、 助力功 能, 114是弹性垫, 在可伸缩支架 70组件翻转到极限时与桌面板上部的折弯 边 115靠紧定位, 对翻转角度约束。 图中, 鼠标板组件 52已与桌面板 1呈非 平行的使用状态。 请结合图 54所示, 连杆 82控制鼠标板组件 52的角度, 对 图中隐藏移动硬盘盒弧线方向的角度进行约束。
如图 36所示, 笔记本电脑 75放置于桌面上。 Τ形架 59从套架 65中未完全 拉出, 靠套接的面积和销轴 99的约束保持平行, 构成高度最大的 Τ状态, 进 一歩改变了桌面板的支撑高度, 请结合图 42所示, 此时 Τ形架 59上端还在套 架 65中, 锁止件 78下部的卡块 91被 Τ形架 59上的卡槽 103卡住, 并可以调整 其高度。 照明组件 74旋转至桌面板上面左侧和风扇开关 56、 风扇调速旋纽 56、 USB接口 55、 外接电源口 56均处于使用者的左手边以方便操作 。
如图 37、 图 55所示, Τ形支架 59抽出, 支撑垫 71为半圆形, 可以适应 Τ 形支架 59与办公桌面在可调整的范围内接触办公桌面, 有防滑作用。 喇叭 组件 67已翻转伸出, 摇臂 68与摇臂固定座 79的旋转角度, 受摇臂锁紧旋钮 81轴向压迫后可以固定, 对摇臂 68的旋转角度进行约束。 此时, 鼠标板组 件 52只能绕 CC轴摇动, 改变与桌面板的前后方向的角度。
如图 39、 图 53和图 54所示, Τ形支架 59抽出时, 其 Τ形底部还藏有的两 只蟹爪 76, 向外张开, 支撑 T形支架 59的总高度再次增加, 进一歩改变桌面 板即笔记本电脑与办公桌面的倾斜角度。 鼠标板组件 52绕 CC轴摇动, 改变 与桌面板的前后方向的角度受到连杆 82的约束, 改变连杆 82上端连杆调整 滑块 86与桌面板 1侧面折弯形成的凹形导轨 85位置以及摇臂 68与桌面板的 旋转角度, 鼠标板组件 52相对桌面板可以获得不同的角度和前、 后位置。 连杆调整滑块 86上有连杆锁紧手柄 89, 能对连杆调整滑块 86的滑动位置进 行固定。
如图 39是立体图, T形支架 59的蟹爪 76底部也设有防滑垫, 自备电池盒 87的电池盒盖 77打开, 内可放置 4. 5_6V、 3_4节电池, 盒内装有 Hub线路板。 USB接口 55、 外接电源插口 56、 风扇调速旋纽 53连接于 Hub线路板上。
如图 40所示,为图 26的 Z局部的放大立体图, 滑座 58上的 DD轴上铰接有 左、 右对称的压书页弹片 61, 可绕 DD轴旋转, 铰接轴上可以安装弹簧, 使 压书页弹片 61有单向复位功能。 图中还可见手托 57安装在滑座 58的下 T形槽 中。
如图 41、 图 50、 图 51、 图 52所示, 压书页弹片 61绕 DD轴旋转及滑座 58 沿直线箭头方向左、 右移动, 调整压书的位置。 如图 56、 图 57所示, 麦克 风 88集成于照明灯末端, 摄像头 84装置于喇叭中部的上部, 喇叭中部的下 部设有一用于观察使用者背后场景的凸面镜 72, 喇叭组件 67有三个自由度, 可以前后翻转隐藏在桌面板 1的背后。 在喇叭的背面, 装设有平面镜 109 ; 在喇叭的的纸盆位置还可以设上凹面镜。
如图 42所示, 为可伸缩支架 70的剖视图。 T形架 59设置有凹坑 95, 与侧 架 63配合, 在可伸缩支架 70低位支撑时使用, 侧架 63通过其旋转轴 93悬挂 于套架 65上。 T形架 59与套架 65通过销轴 96活动连接, 与 T形架 59上的开口 槽 99滑动配合。 在上、 下拉动 T形架 59时, 套架 65上的锁止件 78的下端有卡 块 91, T形架 59上由上至下设置有一列卡槽 103,卡块 91与卡槽 103配合, 对 拉出的长度起定位作用, 按下锁止件 78, 卡块 91上翘, T形架 59可以上下滑 动, 松开锁止件 78, T形架 59就被卡住。 当 T形架 59向下拉到底时, 由于 T形 架 59的上段已处于套架 65下段的开口, 仅受销轴 96的约束, 因此可以转动 并可绕销轴 96转动。 在侧视面形成丁字形或三角形的组合状态, 改变支撑 桌面板 1的高度和角度。 图中, 套架 65通过旋转轴 94连接于可伸缩支架 70的 固定支座 98, 套架 65与固定支座 98的铰接处的端部是非圆凸起, 依靠与固 定支座 98的过盈配合, 可以对套架 65转动产生弹性定位的作用。 结合图 46 所示,固定支座 98上的锁钩卡扣 97,与可伸缩支架 70上的开口 100过盈配合, 对可伸缩支架 70收拢后进行定位。
如图 43、 图 44、 图 45、 图 46所示, 为可伸缩支架 70各种变化状态。 侧架 63与 T形架 59上凹坑 95卡配, 套架 65上段的弹性垫 104, 当可伸 缩支架 70打开是与桌面板的边 115靠紧,对可伸缩支架 70定位。如图 47、 图 48、 图 49所示, 为打开状态下喇叭、 照明灯等状态立体图。
实施例六:
请参考图 58、 图 59和图 60所示, 为本例中可折叠支架与角向接头的 连接结构示意图; 图 59是图 58的 R部局部放大图。 与实施例一的不同之 处在于,本例中对角向接头、旋转接头和顶部挂钩接头的结构稍作了改进。 在本例中, 旋转接头 111上端部有矩形凸起 113, 与角向接头 112上的矩 形开口配合, 在旋转过程中, 顶部挂钩接头 7的下端面有突起, 其作用是 先导定位, 对左右可折叠支架打开时进行弹性导向, 矩形凸起 113进入角 向接头 112的矩形开口, 对可折叠支架底管 9的角度起强力定位。

8. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 其特征是: 还包括可伸 缩支架, 安装于所述桌面板背面; 所述可伸缩支架包括固定座、 套架和支 撑架, 所述固定座固设于所述桌面板背面, 所述套架与所述固定座铰接; 所述支撑架上设有导轨或导槽, 所述套架对应设置有与所述支撑架配合的 导槽或导轨; 所述套架上设置有锁止件, 所述支撑架上设置有卡槽, 所述 锁止件卡接于所述卡槽上, 锁止所述套架与支撑架的相对位置。
9. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 其特征是: 还包括可伸 缩支架, 安装于所述桌面板背面; 所述可伸缩支架包括固定支座、 套架和 支撑架, 所述固定支座固设于所述桌面板背面, 所述套架与所述固定座铰 接; 所述支撑架上设有销轴或导槽, 所述套架对应设置有与所述支撑架配 合的导槽或销轴; 所述套架上设置有锁止件, 所述支撑架上设置有卡槽, 所述锁止件卡接于所述卡槽上, 锁止所述套架与支撑架的相对位置。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 其特征是: 所述可伸缩支架 还包括侧架, 其上端部铰接于所述套架的上端部; 使用状态下, 其下端部 抵接所述支撑架, 与所述支撑架、 套架构成一三角形。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌,其特征是:还包括照明组件, 活动安装于所述桌面板边沿,工作状态下,相对所述桌面板实现万向调节。
12. 如权利要求 1所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌,其特征是:还包括喇叭组件, 活动安装于所述桌面板边沿,工作状态下,相对所述桌面板实现万向调节; 非工作状态下, 叠放于所述桌面板背面。
13. 如权利要求 11或 12所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 其特征是: 还包括电 池盒, 安装于所述桌面板背面; 还包括 USB接口, 设置于所述桌面板边沿。
14. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的笔记本电脑折叠桌, 其特征是: 还包括电池 盒, 安装于所述桌面板背面; 还包括散热风扇, 安装于所述桌面板背面; 所述桌面板与所述散热风扇接触面开设有散热孔。
